1. Is it easy to buy online from Continental Automotive Trading Uk Ltd? Simply select the title required from the home page and then select the product you wish to purchase, click on the add button and then confirm the quantity of products you require to the shopping basket.

2. Can I order by phone? Yes. You can place an order by telephone on 0121 326 1200 between 8.00 am and 4.45 pm Monday - Friday.

3. Which payment methods do you accept? We accept payment by credit or debit card from the following cards; VISA, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro.

4. Is the Continental Automotive Trading Uk Ltd ordering and payment systems secure? Yes Continental Automotive Trading Uk Ltd have a fully secure operating system (SSL) protocol with an encryption (the highest level commercially available) to collect your personal details and payment information.

5. Do your prices include VAT? All prices quoted are pre-VAT. VAT is added at the end of the payment process. VAT is at the UK rate of 17.5%

6. Is there a minimum order value? No there is no minimum order value although for goods ordered under £100 a delivery charge of £4.00 is payable (excluding VAT).

7. How do I know if the product is out of stock and what do I do if I want that particular product? If the product is out of stock there is a flag on the product page stating Out of Stock. Continental Automotive Trading Uk Ltd try to ensure that where possible Out of Stock Items are replaced as soon as product is available. If you urgently require a particular product that has an out of stock flag on please call our order desk; 0121 326 1200 and the order will be taken and put on back order to be fulfilled when back in stock.

8. How are your products packed? Products are packed in suitable packing material and put into an outer box to avoid damage when in transit.

9. Do the products come with instruction documents? Yes all the Continental Automotive Trading Uk Ltd products come complete with instructions. These will be in the product box.

10. Are your products "eu" tested? Yes the Continental Automotive Trading Uk Ltd product range are all EU compliant for specific product information please call 0121 326 1264.

11. How are the products delivered and what is the cost? Products are delivered to the card holders address by carrier. The product will only be delivered to the card holders address for security purposes.
The delivery cost is £4.00 + VAT for orders placed under £100. For orders exceeding £100 the delivery is free of charge.

12. When will the products be delivered? Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Continental Automotive Trading Uk Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

17. Recycling - WEEE "Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment" What is WEEE? The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (2006 No. 3289) (WEEE) is a new UK legislation designed to address the environmental impact of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
The regulations have been put in place to ensure that products are recycled using best available treatment, recovery and recycling techniques to ensure human health and high environmental protection.
It means that you can return waste electrical equipment to Continental Automotive Trading UK Ltd when you are purchasing a new product from us*.
We will then deal with the waste product in an environmentally responsible manner, at no cost to you.
Both Continental Automotive Trading UK Ltd and our customers can assist in recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment. We cannot recycle it unless you return it, so our customers have an important role to play in helping us to recycle.
*It has to be like for like (e.g. a Portable Navigation for a Portable Navigation).
When you buy a new electrical appliance from us what do you do with your old one?
When you have finished with a WEEE product, please do not put it in your domestic waste bin, as it will not be recycled.

Please contact us at lyn.clarke@continental-corporation.com to arrange a convenient time for you to deliver the old item back to us (at no cost to you).
Please quote your Continental Automotive Trading UK Ltd order number and describe the item that is to be recycled. This will enable us to double-check it is similar to the item we are supplying and therefore that we are able to recycle it.
Please give details of the Pick-up address and convenient times for collection.
Please carefuly package any item for collection in advance to avoid transit damage.
